- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup self raising flour (sifted)

- Place on rack in sc and cook on high for ½ hour or until cooked with tea towel under lid
- Allow donuts to cool for 5 minutes then remove from tray and repeat above for remaining batter
- Once cool brush with melted butter and dip in cinnamon sugar
Notes
- For variations:
- Berry donuts. Use fresh or frozen berries. Pour small layer of batter. Place a few berries around tin, I used blueberries, strawberries and raspberries . Fill to ¾ with more batter. Cook as above. Once cooled ice and decorate as you wish.
- Chocolate donuts. Place drinking chocolate or cocoa when adding flour around 2 tablespoons. Or if only wanting a few of this variation, place some of batter in a separate bowl and add drinking chocolate or cocoa and combine. A ratio of around ½ teaspoon of chocolate powder to one donut. Once cooled decorate with melted chocolate. Cooked in Breville Flavour Maker 7L.
