EmailTweet 7 Full-screen Baked Custard & Apple Pudding Dessert May 21, 2015 Baked Custard & Apple Pudding 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 1 hr 30 mins 10 mins 1 hr 30 mins 1 hr 40 mins Yields: 6-8 People Ingredients800 gr Tinned Apple (large) (Custard ingredients) 1 3/4 cups of milk 1/2 cup cream 1/4 cup of sugar 1 teas vanilla 3 eggs Cinnamon to sprinkle over Apples (Cake ingredients) 1 cup of S/R Flour 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tbsp of butter 1 egg 1 teas vanilla 1/3 cup of milk Nutmeg to sprinkle on when baked optional Directions1Pour enough cold water in SC's to it is half way up Ramekins. 2Spray each Ramekin with oil,then place apple on base of Ramekins & sprinkle with cinnamon. 3Then place all ingredients for custard in a bowl & just hand whisk together,pour over apples. 4Than in another bowl add the ingredients for the cake batter with an electric mixer,then spoon a large tbsp amount in each ramekin. 5Place Ramekins gently in S C's , place tea towel under lid & cook on high for 1 12 hrs (approx) 6Sprinkle with nutmeg when cooked. 7I used 6 Little ramekins & 1 big dish. 8They upturn on to plates quite easily & can serve with cream or ice cream. 9They are extremely Addictive 🙂 🙂 🙂 Submitted by Carol Wilkinson close full screen 00:00 2 Reviews Kate November 25, 2020 Can you cook this on low please?
