Bacon,Egg and Hashbrown Pie
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 400gm of Bacon
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 of an onion
- Five cherry tomatoes
- Handful of grated cheese
- Four hash Browns
Instructions
- Crack eggs into a bowl whisk, add cut up tomato and onion. Roughly dice one rasher of bacon and add this to the egg mixture.
- Weave your left over bacon.
- Place bacon waeve in your slow cooker, crumble two hash browns over the bacon.
- Place egg mixture over bacon and hash browns, crumble remaining hash browns on top with a handful of tasty cheese.
- Cook for 2hrs on low
