Bacon,Egg and Hashbrown Pie

  • 400gm of Bacon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • Five cherry tomatoes
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • Four hash Browns


  • Crack eggs into a bowl whisk, add cut up tomato and onion. Roughly dice one rasher of bacon and add this to the egg mixture.
  • Weave your left over bacon.
  • Place bacon waeve in your slow cooker, crumble two hash browns over the bacon.
  • Place egg mixture over bacon and hash browns, crumble remaining hash browns on top with a handful of tasty cheese.
  • Cook for 2hrs on low
