Cooked this tonight, left out the peas, cauli and broccoli and added mushrooms and capsicum instead. Cooked on Low for 3 hours but it was a little dry so I will go back to 2 hours next time. Will add herbs next time for more flavour.
I usually cook a fritatta or a crustless quiche in the oven. I used the above recipe (without garlic and onion powder) and it turned out beautifully, I will never cook in the oven again. Slow cooker so superior. I took out after 3 and1/ 2 hours on high in Breville Smart Temp. Savoury and tasty and nice caramelised edges 😋.
Made this yesterday. Followed recipe, except no onion because I didn’t have one. It was amazing and flavour was great.
So easy. I switched the veggies around a bit and threw in whatever was in the fridge. Was a lovely warm meal to come home too and reheated well for breakfast the next morning.
