Bacon and vegetable frittata

6 eggs, beaten

Salt n lots pepper

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup self raising flour

1 cup cheese

1 onion, diced

2 carrots, grated

150g bacon pieces

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup small pieces cauliflower and broccoli

2 tomatoes, diced


1Line slow cooker with baking paper.

2Mix everything together in a bowl, Place in cooker and flatten.

3Cook on high with tea towel under lid for 4 hours

Cooked this tonight, left out the peas, cauli and broccoli and added mushrooms and capsicum instead. Cooked on Low for 3 hours but it was a little dry so I will go back to 2 hours next time. Will add herbs next time for more flavour.
