  • 6 potatoes
  • 8 pieces of shortcut bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • A little cream
  • Sour cream to finish


  • Cut slits into the potatoes and fill with bacon and avocado.
  • Place potatoes into the slow cooker and drizzle melted garlic butter and cream over.
  • Put lid on with a tea towel underneath to stop excess moisture.
  • Once cooked add a little sour cream and enjoy!
