Avocado hasselback potato
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 8 pieces of shortcut bacon
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon garlic butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- A little cream
- Sour cream to finish
Instructions
- Cut slits into the potatoes and fill with bacon and avocado.
- Place potatoes into the slow cooker and drizzle melted garlic butter and cream over.
- Put lid on with a tea towel underneath to stop excess moisture.
- Once cooked add a little sour cream and enjoy!
