
Aussie lamb roast

Ingredients
- Leg of lamb
- Vegemite
- Garlic
- Mixed herbs
- Pepper
- Lamb herbs
- Roast lamb seasoning
- Rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Cut slits into lamb and place garlic slices inside.
- Coat lamb with vegemite.
- Sprinkle on all the seasonings.
- Bake on slow for 6-8 hours.
- If wanting outside of lamb to crisp up, place in oven at the end for 30mins.
- Enjoy 🙂

Absolutely love this roast and is a regular in our house. Family of 8 love it. Love the favour. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love the flavours of this recipe, eating the leftovers on a sandwich as we speak. Keep in mind though, after 5.5 hours of cooking on low I took mine out and I’m glad I didn’t leave it in longer as it is over cooked. I do put it down to every slow cooker being different so if you know yours is hotter than others, keep this in mind
