  • Leg of lamb
  • Vegemite
  • Garlic
  • Mixed herbs
  • Pepper
  • Lamb herbs
  • Roast lamb seasoning
  • Rosemary leaves


  • Cut slits into lamb and place garlic slices inside.
  • Coat lamb with vegemite.
  • Sprinkle on all the seasonings.
  • Bake on slow for 6-8 hours.
  • If wanting outside of lamb to crisp up, place in oven at the end for 30mins.
  • Enjoy 🙂

  1. Absolutely love the flavours of this recipe, eating the leftovers on a sandwich as we speak. Keep in mind though, after 5.5 hours of cooking on low I took mine out and I’m glad I didn’t leave it in longer as it is over cooked. I do put it down to every slow cooker being different so if you know yours is hotter than others, keep this in mind
