Asian Style Chicken Corn Soup

500g shredded BBQ Chicken Meat from (Coles Deli).. Or 1 BBQ Chook shredded

1 Large Leek halved length ways then sliced and rinsed.

1 can Corn Kernels + Juice.

2 cans Creamed Corn.

4 cans of water.

2 Tablespoons Wonton Soup Mix (or Vegeta or any Vegetable or Chicken Stock Powder.

1 Clove Garlic Crushed.

2-3 egg whites whisked.

Plenty Cracked Black Pepper.

Put it all in SC and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Check seasoning


1add everything to slow cooker except eggs and cook 3-4hrs on low

2in last half hour stir egg mix in slowly and once set serve with crusty bread
