Asian Style Chicken Corn Soup

  • 500g shredded BBQ Chicken Meat from (Coles Deli).. Or 1 BBQ Chook shredded
  • 1 Large Leek halved length ways then sliced and rinsed.
  • 1 can Corn Kernels + Juice.
  • 2 cans Creamed Corn.
  • 4 cans of water.
  • 2 Tablespoons Wonton Soup Mix (or Vegeta or any Vegetable or Chicken Stock Powder.
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed.
  • 2-3 egg whites whisked.
  • Plenty Cracked Black Pepper.
  • Put it all in SC and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Check seasoning


  • add everything to slow cooker except eggs and cook 3-4hrs on low
  • in last half hour stir egg mix in slowly and once set serve with crusty bread
  • enjoy 🙂
