Asian Style Chicken Corn Soup
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 500g shredded BBQ Chicken Meat from (Coles Deli).. Or 1 BBQ Chook shredded
- 1 Large Leek halved length ways then sliced and rinsed.
- 1 can Corn Kernels + Juice.
- 2 cans Creamed Corn.
- 4 cans of water.
- 2 Tablespoons Wonton Soup Mix (or Vegeta or any Vegetable or Chicken Stock Powder.
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed.
- 2-3 egg whites whisked.
- Plenty Cracked Black Pepper.
- Put it all in SC and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Check seasoning
Instructions
- add everything to slow cooker except eggs and cook 3-4hrs on low
- in last half hour stir egg mix in slowly and once set serve with crusty bread
- enjoy 🙂
