Apricot Chicken (version 2)

Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks (I do 2 per person)
- 2-3 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 litre apricot nectar
- 1 40g packet French onion soup mix dry
- 2 large tins of apricot halves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker except 1 tin of apricots
- Put that second tin in about an hour before serving so they are soft but not falling apart.
- Cook on low for 6hrs

An oldie but a goodie ? Thought that I would try this tonight as we haven’t had it for quite some time….so glad I did, it was lovely ?
I pureed 1 tin of the apricots with the juice + the juice of the other tin in place of the 1 litre apricot nectar. I then followed the recipe as is and it was delicious! Served over rice and steamed broccoli. Thank you, Angela!
