3 Chicken Breasts whole
10 fresh apricots quartered
1 whole red capsicum roughly chopped
1 red onion sliced
2 chicken stock cubes crumbled
1 cup of cold water
11. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
22. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hrs
33. Serve with steamed veggies or brown rice
