Apricot and pork casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 4 pork chops cut into chunks
  • 1can Heinz chicken soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 sweet peppers / capsicums
  • 1 large can of apricots + juice

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in sc and give it a stir.
  • Cook for 4 hours on low and 2 hours on high
  • Half way through cooking I take out some of the liquid as all ingredients contain water
  • Then just before serving I add some gravy granules to thicken sauce.
