EmailTweet 10 Full-screen Apricot and pork casserole Pork August 24, 2015 Apricot and pork casserole 0 0 5 0 Cook: 6 hrs 6 hrs 6 hrs Yields: 3-4 Ingredients4 pork chops cut into chunks 1can Heinz chicken soup 1 onion chopped 2 sweet peppers / capsicums 1 large can of apricots + juice Directions1Put everything in sc and give it a stir. 2Cook for 4 hours on low and 2 hours on high 3Half way through cooking I take out some of the liquid as all ingredients contain water 4Then just before serving I add some gravy granules to thicken sauce.
