Apricot and pork casserole
- 4 pork chops cut into chunks
- 1can Heinz chicken soup
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 sweet peppers / capsicums
- 1 large can of apricots + juice
- Put everything in sc and give it a stir.
- Cook for 4 hours on low and 2 hours on high
- Half way through cooking I take out some of the liquid as all ingredients contain water
- Then just before serving I add some gravy granules to thicken sauce.
