Apple pancake pudding
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 bottle shake it pancake mix
- 1 tbls mayple syrup
- 2-3 apples sliced
- 2tbls butter
- 2tbls sugar
- sprinkle of coconut
Instructions
- Slice apples and stew on stove top with butter and sugar until tender, drain apples but keep the syrup
- Add water to level on pancake bottle add maple syrup
- Line sc with baking paper
- Pour pancake mix into sc top with sliced apples and sprinkle with coconut
- Caramelize the leftover syrup on stovetop, pour over pancake mix and cover with tea towel
- Cook on high for 1.5hr sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with icecream or cream

We used a packet of Orgran Pancake mix and switched the apples for Cider Braised Pears
