
All In One Chocolate Spearmint Swirl Pavlova
2 layer pavlova of chocolate and Spearmint swirled together
Equipment
- Sunbeam Sear and Slow Cook 5 litre slow cooker
Ingredients
Ingredients PER PAV LAYER (there is 2 layers so you'll need 2 x each ingredient in total)
- 4 egg whites
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 3/4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp boiling water
Flavourings for each PAV LAYER
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Edlyns Spearmint flavouring
Instructions
- Line slow cooker with baking paper leaving enough extra length to grab onto to get pav out at the end of cooking
- You will mix each pavlova in the mixer separately.
- Place ingredients for each layer and it's flavour into stand mixer (or mix by hand)
- Mix until thick and peaks hold their shape and sugar is dissolved
- Layer the 2 pavlova's into slow cooker on top of each other and swirl together
- Put tea towel under lid as per TEA TOWEL TRICK and cook on low for 4 hours Use skewer to test if pavlova is cooked
- When cooked turn off slow cooker, remove lid and tea towel, and let cool in slow cooker before removing!
