All in Cabbage Stew
As most meals go this is wonderful the next day after leaving it in the fridge, perfect to have on/with toast for a hearty breakfast feast!
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg Pork&Veal mixed mince
- 250g bacon pieces
- 6 small washed potatoes into 1/4
- Half a Cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons black sauce (Worcestershire)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2-3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 3/4, 1LTR beef stock carton
Instructions
- Place everything into SC With the cabbage ontop, cover with beef stock.
- Leave frozen mixed vegetables out for now.
- Cook on Low heat for 8hrs or high for 3-4 hours, or untill potatoes are almost cooked.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables in the last 45mins of cooking.
- Serve with crusty bread.
- This can be made using any type of miced meat.

I Just made this , wasnt to sure about the way it looked i added a bit more of this n that than the recipe called for but it was yummmmm
