4 Ingredient Potato Bake
A no cream, no milk quick and easy potato bake
Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes, sliced about 0.5cm thick
- 400g Mozzarella, sliced
- 450g Ham, sliced
- 1 cup extra Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 tspns Thyme
Instructions
- In slow cooker bowl alternate layers of potatoes, sliced mozzarella and ham. Finish with a layer of potatoes.
- Cook for 4hrs on low (Contempo 5.5L sc).
- Mix thyme leaves through grated mozzarella and sprinkle over the top of potatoes.
- Cover with tea towel and cook for a further hour.
Note:
- Mozzarella can be replaced with Lactose free cheese
