4 Ingredient Mars Bar Rocky Road
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 400gm chocolate
- 150gm marshmallows
- 150gm red lollies (I used mini red frogs)
- 2 Mars bars roughly chopped
Instructions
- Melt the plain chocolate for half an hour to 45 minutes depending on SC.
- Mix through other ingredients and pour into lined tray.
- Cool in fridge for 40 minutes or until set.

- Inspired by a 4 Ingredients recipe but converted to a slow cooker version

I made this tonight as a treat for me and my daughter, and it was YUM!!! I used 3 Fry’s Turkish Delight bars instead of the “red lollies”, and also added some roasted peanuts for some crunch. Will definitely make again (on rare occasions as a treat, lol).
