  • Yields: 12 cookies depending on sizes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain flour

1/3 cup castor sugar

130g butter softened

Directions

1Lightly grease slow cooker with butter/margarine

2Preheat cooker on HIGH

3Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with wooden spoon

4Add butter and thoroughly combine to a crumbly consistency

5Roll/press mixture into small balls (ping pong size)

6Place balls into cooker and press down gently with a fork

7Cook on HIGH with TEA TOWEL for 45-60 minutes depending on cooker temperature.

Notes

17L slow cooker used

2If mixture is too crumbly for pressing together add 1 Tablespoon butter and re combine.

As one of those who helped eat all these cookies before they even cooled down (in my defense our 3 children ate more than I did) hahaha
