These were divine.
I was planning to serve with some honey garlic carrots and some creamy mash, but I had a last-minute epiphany, and threw the carrots in with the oven dish, and covered them in the juice/sauce for the ribs and slow cooker as well. Half an hour in the oven and they were beautifully caramelised.
Very happy with this result, and will absolutely do this again.
Made this today (with seeded mustard).
Mindblowing. Definitely going into the regular roster.
if I'm doing these in a dump bag with the lamb shanks, would they go well on all day on low while I'm at work, or should I make a trip home at lunchtime to add them?
