This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have curry powder so used a North African spice mix instead. Also didn't have French onion soup mix so used spring vegetable soup mix. Such a moist meat loaf. Put it together the night before and left it covered in fridge with instructions for hubby to put it in sc at midday...now he's claiming he cooked it!! Sorry I couldn't take a photo it all just disappeared!!
