Absolutely beautiful taste and consistency, beef was so nice and tender, however it didn't really have the 'massaman' taste that you'd get at a Thai restaurant. I would make it again, as both hubby and I really enjoyed it.

Delicious. I double the recipe and used aborio rice with extra vanilla essence. Hubby and I both love it. Well definately make this again.

I made this over the weekend for the first time. Hubby and i loved it, however found it very rich. Mixing it with pasta/fettechini worked well, but need to thin it out a little. I doubled thr recipe and used aldi cream cheese with a packet of french onion soup mix. Will definitely make it again with some alterations 🙂
