Absolutely loved this recipe! So cheap to make! When I’m short on ingredients I chuck in some frozen mixed vegetables mix and mushrooms and goes down a treat! I halved the recipe and still got 4 servings out of it. Served with mash and some broccoli and froze the leftovers for later in the week.
