Done this the other night, was a big hit with the family. Swapped out the asparagus soup and used cream of mushroom instead as thats all i had. I also added half a cup of chicken stock to make it more saucy which i thicken up at the end with a little cornflour. Served it with penne pasta, definitely doing this again.

I also added a quarter of a cup of chicken stock and thicken it up with cornflour towards the end, as i wanted more sauce, it was yummo.
