OMG! You all need to try this if you haven't yet!! Hubby said it's better than sausage obsession ;). Served with potato bake. Honestly it is delicious!!! So good. Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe!

Well well! We finally tried the famous chicken camembert in our house this evening!! I added 1 onion finely chopped, 3 rashers of bacon finely chopped & browned, 2 tsp minced garlic & 1 brie & 1 camembert. Also used bone in thighs. Cooked for 5 hours on high. The flavour is deeeelish!!! But very strong in camembert so not for the faint hearted. The aftertaste is quite strong also (hubby wasn't sure on that part). Next time I will add less bacon as it was quite over powering & will try 2 brie. 8/10 & would definitely make again.

would definitely need to have at least 1kg of meat for us (including left overs) would i need to double absolutely everything? thanks 🙂

I warmed my serving up & topped with vanilla ice cream. It's kind of like pudding texture, I've never had peach cobbler before so nothing to compare too lol. I would of liked it a bit more firm, but maybe that's how the texture is suppose to be? The taste was very nice, I would definitely recommend adding cinnamon sugar to the peaches, that gave such a nice flavour! Hubby & toddler loved it!

The flavours are out of this world intense. Hubby & I did love it, but I think it's a bit too strong. I can't pinpoint exactly what I need to change but am thinking I might leave out the condensed soup next time. It's absolutely beautiful though & definitely a must try!! Only thing I changed was I used 1 onion instead of 1 leek. I cooked on high for 5 hours & it was falling apart.

For anyone who hasn't tried sausage obsession. Seriously do it. Absolutely bloody beautiful!! Hubby & toddler demolished their servings!! So tasty. I did brown the sausages beforehand & I sprinkled with chicken stock powder & garlic powder while browning. Also I needed to add about 1.5-2 cups of water during cooking as it was just too thick & I also didn't add the mint sauce. Definitely will be on our fortnightly meal plan 😉
