Great recipe. Used pre-made meatballs from Woolworths and was amazing. Will have to source that gravy mix though, my gravy just didn’t quite cut it how I imagined. 😊

Easy as and worked perfectly. Added 3 cups of stock as suggested in comments. Only needed 1 hr as I was using my big SC and it cooked fast.
Oh and I’ll add more egg after it’s cooked next time, I LOVE excess egg in my rice. Great recipe.
