Love this! Admittedly I accidentally put half a bottle of wine in as I wasn't paying attention (lol) but it still turned out quite yum!

Was yum, made a couple changes though 🙂

1 green
1 red capscium
375g of mushrooms
1 bunch of spring onions
Half a jar of minced garlic
Mixed herbs
Bay leaves
About 1-2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
1kg of chicken thighs
6 bacon rashers
2 onions
1 teaspoon of onion powder
250g cream cheese
2 saches of chinese chicken and corn soup

This is absolutely amazing! Will be cooking it many more times 😀

I used beef and chicken stir fry strips instead, was too lazy to cut the meat up that day but all the same it was really yum! Definitely would do it again 🙂
