I have cooked this recipe many times. I love it. The last time I made it I swapped out the beef mince for chicken mince and swapped the beef stock for chicken stock. I also added 250gms of bacon pieces, frozen mixed veggies, extra curry and garlic. It was scrumptious. Used leftovers for pies.

Would this recipe work with lamb chops?

Best bangers and mash I have ever eaten. I added some mixed herbs, a little extra smoked paprika and chilli flakes. Also, towards the end I added a little bit of corn flour to help thicken it up, as I found it a little runny. It will be a regular dish here at home, my brother said he doesn't want his sausages any other way. Next time I am going to add some mushrooms, I think that would be awesome. Best of all, it was so quick, easy and cheap to make. YUM!

I used chicken breast, instead of thighs, Coles brand cream cheese and I didn't use the packet soup, I used a tin of condensed cream of chicken & corn soup. I wanted more sauce. Otherwise, I followed the recipe and served it on fettuccine. It turned out amazing! A huge hit. This recipe is so yum!

I added the frozen veges I had left in the freezer, peas, corn, carrots, broccoli & cauliflower. I also put in an extra spoon of Keens Curry, because we are big curry lovers. I cooked mine on high for 5 hours and left the lid off for the last half hour. Didn't need to add flour to thicken, it was thick enough as it was. Served it with mash potato. It was absolutely beautiful. My brother took some to work the next day and I had left overs on toast, the next day for lunch. Will definitely be making it again.
