Husband and 2 Kids devoured this for lunch, with 3 year old asking for another bowl because ‘it is so yum Mummy’. Had to pop out shopping and pick up more ingredients for a double portion but not sure how much I’ll get into the freezer 😊. Followed the recipe as stated but added Italian herbs as I had no basil and put a sprinkle of cheese on top to serve.
Made these for home date night and they were so good. Cooked the lamb as per recipe but used cooked capsicum, white onion and portobello mushroom as filling with tzatziki dip. Also just heated bread instead of toasting. Lots of leftover lamb to pull from the freezer - delish
