Fabulous recipe....a make again recipe! I did add in some chopped onions and a jar of salsa instead of cooking cream, so it didn't really need to be thickened after the chicken was thickened. Thank you for sharing!
So good it has been requested again! Family loved it! Will add some vegetables though next time.
simple delicious decadence!
This was a huge hit in our house! I used a little diced ham as garnish instead of using bacon in the soup, evaporated milk instead of ordinary milk and added garlic and fresh mixed herbs. A smooth, creamy delightful soup that everyone loved.

Made this lovely cake today. I used dates instead of sultanas and some mixed spice. Easy and enjoyed by all of us!
