Best hot dog I've ever made. So much better than boiled hot dogs. The bun is crunchy, the cheese is melted. I used tomato sauce, cut up ham slices & mixed herbs, instead of the ingredients I didn't have in the recipe. Cooked in 2 batches, 4 rolls, then 2. We had more saveloys than buns, it worked putting them on the base of the slow cooker to heat up when cooking the last 2 buns

I love the simplicity of making this recipe from scratch. The flavours are great. I use extra tomato paste instead of chutney. I've made this recipe a number of times. I've even put it on & cooked on high for 4 hours. Turns out great every time I make this

You know you're on a winner when the young lads request this meal as their choice of birthday dinner, especially when they can choose anything, including takeaways. You cannot tell there is mushroom in this meal. Our go to meat for this dish is a big leg of lamb, plenty for seconds.

It is seriously the best playdough, so silky and smooth. I've made a lot of playdough in my time, but not much recently. When I saw this recipe, I had to try it. After a small test run by my big kids (young adults) who loved it, I gifted it to families with small children & they have been amazed at its texture & how well it lasts.

Delicious! First time making lemon curd. This has gone into my favorites

Instead of lemon & herb broth, I used 1 cup homemade chicken bone broth, juice of 1 lemon, 2 large cloves garlic & Italian herbs. I put the whole squeezed lemon peel in with the other ingredients listed in the recipe. Shredded the chicken & served with rice & green veg. Reserved the broth & drank as a tea. It tasted amazing. Will make this again

Baked spuds made easy

Delicious! I skipped all the pre-cook instructions & put it all in SC together. I left out the sugar (a personal preference) & forgot to buy coconut cream. Used dairy cream on individual serve instead (individuals for personal preference). This one will be made again.
