I made this for dinner last night a it was fabulous. Beautiful flavour profile and a winner with hubby and kids. Will be adding to my repertoire. I added potato and carrots to boost the veggie content, used lamb forequarter chops (I couldn’t get diced) and served with sweet potato mash. Yum yum yum

I have made this soup today and it was delicious. I did add some dried basil, thyme, some chilli and a leek cause it needed to be used up thanks for this wonderful recipe

This was absolutely delicious what an amazing flavour profile. I didn't seal the chicken and added a whole jar 185gm jar of yellow curry paste. I followed the recipe after step 4 except I added a tablespoon of chicken gravy powder instead of cornflour. A real winner.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was delicious. A real winner, I will defiantly be making this again. I didn't seal the chicken just put it all in up to step 4, then followed the recipe steps whilst replacing corn flour with a tablespoon of chicken gravy mix. I added a full 185gm jar of yellow curry paste for more spice. This recipe has an amazing flavour profile.

It was sensational I was nervous but the meat melted and a nice amount of gravy served with sweet potato mash and mash potato for my fussy ones will definitely make again 👍🏼
