Was a successful first attempt at a Pavlova in general, never made it the other way but don't think I will ever have to. 😍
Chinese 5 spice, sesame oil, garlic powder and crackling was perfect after drying with paper towel first before oven.
I added half a cup of white wine near th he end and my cooker did it under 3 hours.
The only way to do Silverside in my opinion. I also add garlic cloves and bay leaves to it and if I'm feeling extra special a tin of Beets.
Hubby's Fave converted him to lamb chops he never ate them before.
Found the consistency not as good as the Lemon Butter but tastes amazing. I used the Aldi Slow Cooker which is why I think it didn't work out as well.
