This tasted better than it looked.
I used a kilo of lamb and 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper which was WAY too spicy for us and we like spice. I will try this again but will only use half the amount of cayenne pepper.

Very quick and easy meal. I used 500g pork mince and 500g veal mince plus 2 cans ardmona tomatoes with mixed herbs. I served on soft long rolls with grated cheese, cucumber, red onion and baby spinach.
