Oh my, oh my! I can honestly say I had serious doubts about this recipe! Then I finally decided to try it, doubts disappeared the moment I took the lid off when it was cooked! One of the best fried rices I’ve ever had & so much you could do with it. A huge WINNER in our house! We love it ❤️
