Easy and delicious! Used a jar of bolognaise pasta sauce and breast fillets. I actually finished it with smoked ham and topped with cheese but under the grill as I’m planning to shred the leftover chicken into the sauce to use for burritos tomorrow night

I used premade beef and lamb meatballs with Swedish meatball gravy mix. I sautéed some onion and mushrooms and added them about an hour before serving. I also mixed through 1/4 c cream (as per gravy instructions) and some baby spinach. Served over mashed potato. DELICIOUS!!!!

Demolished!!! I'm usually very critical of anything I cook (much to my husbands frustration!). I cannot actually fault this recipe!

Fantastic!!! Both toddlers loved it! I love that you could easily change the spice level by using a different salsa. Definitely worth making again!!

Yum! BUT... probably needed longer as it's still quite stodgy in the middle (there was NO way mr 3 1/2 was going to wait any longer though!!). Will definitely make it again!

If you're not sure they're telling the truth... they are!!! This is the most amazing tasting thing I think I've ever cooked!!! Nanny, you are a genius!!!
I added carrots about an hour in and mushrooms with an hour to go. Served with steamed broccoli and sour cream and chive mashed potato.

Yumm!! I used only 1/2 tsp curry paste and once I'd added the yogurt I also mixed through a couple of chopped, steamed carrots and some raw broccoli and cauliflower. It was fantastic and four adults and 2 toddlers. Plus heaps of leftovers! Definite winner!

I made this but used the "super savers" cookbook version. Lovely! Very very mild though, I would definitely add some curry powder or chilli of some description next time (I am not at all good with spicy food but felt this needed just a little 'something'). All in all, it was really good and I will definitely make it again.
I added chopped carrots at the start and then about 30 minutes before the end I added chopped broccoli and cauliflower and a generous amount of baby spinach leaves and served over rice.

We licked the plates clean!!! MOUTHWATERING!!!! I used a 2.4kg leg as we had friends and their two toddlers as well as us (me, hubby and 2 toddlers) There's enough leftovers that I'll make a pie for dinner tomorrow night. The gravy was so good and the recipe makes heaps. Definitely recommend!! I served ours with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions and some steamed broccoli.

YUMMM!!!! I added onion, garlic , slivered almonds and some carrot at the start, then mixed through some baby spinach leaves (they get added to everything I cook 😂😂). Served on a bed of rice with broccoli and cauliflower. Everyone loved it, even Mr's 2 & 3!
Next time I'll probably add mushrooms and bacon.
