I cooked this yesterday. I parboiled the potatoes first in a little salted water before adding them to my SC. Topped with the Chicken and cooked for 5 hours on low in my 3.5l Crockpot. There was some liquid, but we added Bisto gravy granules to that to give us a sauce. The chicken was tender and juicy. Really enjoyed by all 5 and I will make it again. TX

I've made this with and without the dates and the result is still the same. Yummy.

This was a great Bolognese that I added with Lasagne Sheets topped with Bechemal made in the Thermomix. Easiest Lasagne I've ever made. Yum.

First time making fudge in the slow cooker. Actually first time making anything sweet in the SC! This was so easy and I'm planning on making more. These set very well and recieved thumbs up from both Miss 20 and 17. (I didn't use the Golden Syrup).

I cooked this yesterday. I followed the recipe as posted and even Hubby who doesn't like this type of dish cleared his plate. My eldest wanted more sauce but I thought there was plenty. This will be another one on the rotation list.

We enjoyed this so much. We actually had this for dinner and served with Hash Browns and Poached Egg. π

Cooked this for Sunday Dinner. We had to add a bit of cornflour to the sauce to slightly thicken it up. The sauce had a lovely flavour. Will cook again.

My Daughter (Miss 20) cooked this the other day and everyone liked it, even the Daughter who cooked it as she doesn't really like pasta dishes. This is definately on our list of rotations.
