Assembled meatballs Christmas eve and had as entree for the non seafood lovers for Christmas lunch and everyone loved it even 20 month old.Definately on favourites list
I was amazed at just how much flavour the chicken had,I shredded it and served in cos lettuce leaves with spring onions & red capsicum topped with some fried noodles and a drizzle of roasted sesame dressing.Awesome
Just wow! Made it in 1L-power went out half way through cooking, so didn't get to taste until next day but was awesome anyway
First time I made this I mixed up ginger/garam masala amounts-was still nice! Today made it with correct amounts and was absolutely fantastic! Will make it regularly. I used thigh fillets
