Yummy!!
I did potatoes and carrots and sweet potato in the slow cooker on high for an hour first, than put the salmon parcel on top for the next hour/hour and a half.
As the bacon doesn't crisp up it got a bit lost so not necessarily needed but delicious none the less. Will definitely make again.
