Ingredients
 

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 25 mini chicken dim sims
  • 1 diced onion
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 4 spring onions
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 pack of chicken noodle soup with 2 cups of water
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 chilli seeded and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 cups bok choy
  • 400g Singapore noodles
  • 1 cup of spinach

Instructions
 

  • Place your chicken breast in the slow cooker and add your diced onion, mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, grated carrot and chilli. Now add 4 cups of chicken stock,
  • 1 pack of chicken noodle soup (mixed in 2 cups of water), ginger, soy sauce and brown sugar to the mix.
  • Once it has been cooking for 3.5 hours on low shred the chicken breast and add the mini dim sims.
  • In the last 5 minutes add the bok choy, noodles and spinach.
  • Enjoy

    Made this and it was yummy. Partner demolished his bowl! 1 year old loved it too.
    I didnt have soup so i added more chicken stock.
