1 pack of chicken noodle soup with 2 cups of water
4 cloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
1 tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 chilli seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 cups bok choy
400g Singapore noodles
1 cup of spinach
Directions
1Place your chicken breast in the slow cooker and add your diced onion, mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, grated carrot and chilli. Now add 4 cups of chicken stock,
21 pack of chicken noodle soup (mixed in 2 cups of water), ginger, soy sauce and brown sugar to the mix.

4Once it has been cooking for 3.5 hours on low shred the chicken breast and add the mini dim sims.

6In the last 5 minutes add the bok choy, noodles and spinach.

Made this and it was yummy. Partner demolished his bowl! 1 year old loved it too.
I didnt have soup so i added more chicken stock.
