- 1 whole chicken
- 1x 420g can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp thyme
1Place chicken in slow cooker bowl
2Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
3Cook on low for 6 hrs or until cooked through (time varies between slow cooker models)

I cooked this recipe as above then removed the chicken, shredded the meat off the bone then returned just the chicken meat to the cooking liquids.
Added 200-250gm of pasta shells and cooked an additional 45-60mins or until tender.
Stirred through 1 cup grated cheese and served as a delicious one pot chicken & pasta recipe 🙂
