Chocolate to melt
1Make biscuit base according to packet, press base mixture into patty pan, put in slow cooker, cook on high for an hour, (tea towel under lid)
2Spread base with dollop of strawberry jam, cut marshmallow into 3 & cover jam, cook in slow cooker for a further 15 minutes.
3Put in fridge to cool, when cool, dip top into melted chocolate, let chocolate set, wagon wheel cups are ready.

Absolutely delicious and they look fantastic too 😍 I have been wanting to try these for quite a while but haven’t managed to find the biscuit base packet mix at the shops. Good old Google to the rescue 😁
1 cup SR flour
1 cup brown sugar
125gm butter, melted
1 cup dessicated coconut
Mixed these ingredients together and pressed a good Tablespoon of mixture into base of muffin tray (using a glass). Absolutely heavenly 😋😍 My partner said they taste like a choc-coated Iced Vovo biscuit… Yummy!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe with us Faith, my family couldn’t get enough of these 😊
