Wagon Wheel Cups

1Make biscuit base according to packet, press base mixture into patty pan, put in slow cooker, cook on high for an hour, (tea towel under lid)
2Spread base with dollop of strawberry jam, cut marshmallow into 3 & cover jam, cook in slow cooker for a further 15 minutes.
3Put in fridge to cool, when cool, dip top into melted chocolate, let chocolate set, wagon wheel cups are ready.
