Vegetable Stack
Ingredients
- Mushrooms,
- zucchini,
- potato,
- pumpkin,
- capsicum,
- cheese
- salt and pepper
- and a skewer for each stack
Instructions
- To each skewer use a mushroom for the base, fill with cheese then start stacking all your veges.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker,
- Wrap veg stack in afoil tightly and cook 2-3 hrs low ... depending on thickness
