A beautiful full flavoured chicken dish.
6 hrs 30 mins
4-6 legs of chicken
1 tin of condensed chicken soup
3-4 cloves of Garlic chopped fine
1 large Onion diced
Handful of Chives chopped (optional)
2-3 Shallots chopped
1-2 Carrots sliced
2-3 handfuls of Red Lentils
½ - 1 cup of frozen Peas
½ - 1 cup of frozen Corn
1 tin of Chick Peas drained
Broccoli & stems chopped (Qty personal choice)
1-2 cups Spiral Pasta
Cracked Pepper, Veggie Salt & Pink Himalayan Salt
(All quantities & vegetable types can be varied to suit personal taste & choice)
1Place all ingredients in slow cooker & cook on high for 4-5 hours.
2Pull out the bones of the chicken legs & stir.
3Put in pasta & cook on high for another hour. Add water if needed.
4The more quantity of vegetables you add the more servings you will get.
