Tuna Mornay Gem bake

A tuna mornay and potato gem/tater tot slow cooked combination

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Tin condensed mushroom soup
  • 1 Tin Coconut cream
  • 1 475g Tin Tuna with liquid
  • 2 Cup dry pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheese
  • 1/4 Broth/ or water
  • 1 cup frozen vegetables
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spray cooking oil
  • 1 packet frozen potato gems

Instructions
 

  • Spray slow cooker with oil, get your potato gems and line the bowl to the top
  • In a bowl add all your ingredients including cheese and give good stir
  • Get a spoon and put the over the potato gems. If u have few potato gems left over add on top
  • Put on low for 5 hours. Last half hour take the lid off add handful cheese then serve
  • If seems bit runny after 5 hours put on high for 20 min.
  • You could add an onion for extra taste

  3. What could I substitute the Cream of Mushroom soup with as I’m allergic to dairy? I’ve got dairy-free cheese, so that’s not a problem with changing the cheese in the recipe.
