2 Very ripe bananas
1/2 punnet strawberries
1/2 Cup rice
1 cup water
1Dice up all fruit into bite size pieces and put into slow cooker.
2Add 1/2 cup of rice (your choice) and1 cup water.
3Turn on high for 2 hours.
4Make sure to stir as it may stick to edges.
