Ingredients

Toffee apple pudding.

200g soft brown sugar

200g self raising flour

200g butter

3eggs

Spoon vanilla extract

2 apples peeled n diced

Topping...300mls apple juice

100g golden syrup

100g soft brown sugar

Directions

1Beat butter and sugar.

2Mix in eggs.

3Add flour and vanilla.

4Stir in apple chunks.

5Put into greased slow cooker pot.

6Put topping ingredients in a saucepan, heat enough to dissolve sugar.

7Gently pour over the top of cake mix - do NOT stir.

8Use tea towel under lid and fold over top.

91 hour 45 mins - 2hrs on High
