10 Green Long Beans
10 Yellow Butter Beans
2 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 steaks of gravy beef (the thick kind)
250mls Teriyaki master foods sauce
1Turn cooker on high
21) chop onion and garlic and place in slow cooker
32) drizzle with oil
43) place steaks on top
54) cut beans and put on top of the steaks
65) drizzle sauce over the top and hey presto leave to cook for 4hrs on high
