Family favorite in our house, becoming a weekly ritual to cook this recipe and every time it doesn’t disappoint! Love love love, thankyou so much to the creator ?

  2. Hi Glenda ????? the brown vinegar helps absorb the fat from the sausages but u don’t have to use brown vinegar that’s how my mum always did it n I’ve just followed in her footsteps lol ?

  3. Yum!! I made these for dinner tonight, and I will definitely be making it again! I didn’t pre-cook the sausages (I used chipolatas) and the gravy didn’t thicken quite as much as I would have liked, but still delicious. Next time I’ll add the cornflour before the peas I think.

  4. We use Dutch curry and rice soup packet mix to thicken at the end. Just mix with a dash of water to make a paste then add it to the curry

  5. Yes this is a tasty recipe. Some of my tweaks include one or more of the following: using frozen peas and corn; adding a can of diced tomatoes; adding a can of lentils; adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce; adding half cup rice and two cups water for last three hours.
