Tasmanian Apple Casserole - Canola, Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Lactose and Soy free
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg lamb, diced
- 2 tblspns plain flour (Well and Good)
- 1 red onion, diced
- 3 apples, diced
- 1.5 cups apple juice (Kalangadoo Organic)
- Half cup fresh mint, chopped (I didn't have any so used a quarter of a cup mint jelly)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Add lamb, onion and apple to slow cooker.
- Mix flour with apple juice and pour over, add mint, salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for 5hrs
